Wenonah Swim Club Babysitter Application Form

This application must be submitted to the Membership Committee of the Board of Directors who will approve or deny this application.  If approved, the following conditions will apply to babysitter(s).  
-Only permitted entry when caring for the children of the family.-Babysitter picture must be on file on the front desk computer.-Cannot bring guests.-Not allowed on swim team.
